In commission of the Dutch Police Force and in collaboration with the University of Twente The Netherlands we’ve produced an interactive VR training to support the battle against ethnical profiling.
This training simulates a scenario where you as a police officer can decide on who to prioritise during a surveillance and how to react verbally or physically in certain situations. The Dutch police force offers a wide range of practical training but this is the first dedicated training to reflect the soft skills.
It’s a standalone application and will give newer and deeper insights to the organisations deep rooted problem. The university will do a research concerning the effectiveness of the training beginning 2020.
For now the training will be for internal purposes only but has a huge potential so scale internationally as the video content can be replaced easily.
